Time of Healing is very significant, and it is not easy, sometimes it’s very difficult, arduous, insufferable, tiring, and so on. It’s either light or deep pain, all of us, we go all through in the same process and hardship.

Of course, normal problems are commonly encountered in daily life that don’t need time to heal, however it needs to be solved whereas no need to take it very seriously because sometimes it comes, and it goes … sometimes, it solved itself, or blessed to be solved.

Precious Time

The value and significance of the time you have in your life. It is time that is limited and cannot be retrieved once it is gone. It is a commodity that we cannot buy, sell or store. Every second, minute, hour and day that passes are gone forever, you cannot turn back the hands of time. this is the most precious asset anyone has in their life because once it is lost, it can never be regained.

That is why you need to value your time, use it wisely, and focus on the things that matter. Our Time need to prioritize goals and spend time meaningfully. You need to set realistic goals, plan your time, and avoid distractions. You must also learn to say “no” to things that are not important or do not align with our priorities.

You should appreciate the value of your precious time and use it wisely to make a positive impact on your life and the lives of others. It is a precious gift that you must not take for granted.

Sometimes, during hard times we do nothing but to lie down the whole day and night, eat, and just eat… thinking, and thinking, crying and others even drink alcohol, and just wanted to be alone. Don’t feel bad about it, accept instead because it’s all part of Healing.

That is Precious Time as well, the more spending time with yourself the deeper you understand your own gut.

Self-Time

means on the other hand, is the time that you spend on your own self, taking care of your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It’s a time you dedicate to activities and practices that help to relax and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul.

Self-time can be spent in various ways, such as exercising, meditating, reading, pursuing a hobby, spending time with loved ones, or simply taking a break from your daily routine.

Equally important as it helps maintain a healthy work-life balance, reduce stress, and enhance the productivity and creativity. It also helps to connect with yourself, reflect on your goals, and make important decisions in life.

By dedicating time to yourself, you can improve your physical and mental health, build resilience, and cultivate a positive outlook towards life.

And the best part I love the most is having my own world when I’m having time with my self. Drinking coffee alone, watching alone, go somewhere alone, singing and dancing …. sometimes drink a lil bit of wine or beer that just enough to make you feel crazy and strong.

Self-Freedom

This power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants without hindrance or restraint. Self-freedom, therefore, refers to the act of granting oneself the power or right to make one’s own choices and decisions without being influenced or controlled by external forces.

Freedom is such important as well, firstly, should be able to express themselves freely, without the fear of being judged or ostracized.

Secondly, it entails taking full responsibility for one’s actions and decisions. You should make choices without being coerced or manipulated into going against their own beliefs and values. In this sense, self-freedom is self-directed and self-initiated.

Lastly, it calls for the liberty to pursue personal growth and development unhindered. Everyone should have the right to pursue personal interests, hobbies, and passions. It means allowing yourself to explore opportunities and experiences that promote individual growth, self-awareness, and fulfilment.

It’s vital aspect of personal development and fulfilment. It involves taking control of one’s life and being free to pursue one’s desires and aspirations. It requires courage, self-awareness, and the ability to make choices that align with one’s values and beliefs, regardless of external societal, cultural, and religious pressures.

However, Bare in Mind that having all your freedom is not the best for you specially to younger people. it’s great to have your own freedom in life, but you still need to listen to older people that are experienced specially your parents.

It’s not bad to follow your heart, and if it will goes wrong, it’s ok , accept your mistakes.

Therefore, it’s not bad to listen to other people, take their good advice specially your parents, If it’s still not good for you then be very wise enough to keep and hold your freedom and drive your own life. you will learn somehow, grow, and become even stronger person.
