The Most Important Things to Do During Hard Times.

Do This Things During Hard Times or Depress to Avoid Falling in to Depressions. When you are Hurt Emotionally, Feeling so Down, and Stress.

During hard times in life, it’s important to accept the situation and seek support from friends and family. Taking care of yourself both physically and emotionally through mindful practices and finding new ways to reduce stress is also crucial. Shifting your perspective from negative to positive and setting achievable goals can provide motivation. Don’t be afraid to seek professional help if needed. Remember, hard times are temporary, and hope for better days is always present.

During  Hard  Times  ,  when  you  feel  so  down  , when  you  feel  so  lost,  or  when  you  feel  so  alone,  or  when  you  feel  like  no  one  cares  about  you .  Do  these  3  things  to  calm  your  self  or  feelings  FIRST.  These  are  the  most  important  things  to  do  when  you  are hurt  , to  calm  your  mind.  WHY ?  Because  if  you  make   a decision during  your hard  times  , surely  it  will  bring  you  to  a  worse  situations.  You  are  deciding  during  your stress and  for  you  that’s  the  best  decisions  for  good,  its  best  to  make  a  decisions  when  you  are  calm  and  have  a  peaceful  because  you  really  know  what  you  are  doing.  When  you  are  not  Hurt,  when  you  are  not  Stress,  when  you  are  not  feeling  so  down  you  can  make  a  better  decisions  for  your  self ,  a  better  decisions,  a better  plan  ,  a  better  moves  for  a  greater  future.

Do This :

  • Walk ~ During  your  hurtful  time  you  better get  up  from  your  bed, go out  from  your room  and  go  for  a  walk.  I  know  how  difficult  to  command  yourself  (  I’ve  been  here  in  this  situations  ) to  Do  this  but  you  have  to  Carry  your  Body  outside  your  cage.  Bring  water  with  you  so  that  when  you  get  tired  take  a  rest  and  drink  water.  while  resting  try  to  close  your  eyes  and  do  meditations like  INHALE  and  EXHALE even  just  for  5  minutes. If  you  can  do  longer  that  is  better, or  shorter  its  also  fine…

  • Talk ~ Do  not  keep  those  pain  inside  your  body  because  they  are  very  heavy.  But  when  you  bring  out  and  share  it  with  someone  you  Trust it  will  lessen  the  weighs  in  your  heart.  Its  also  a  great  Idea  to  share  it  with  stranger  that  is  a  good  listeners  and interested  in  listening  your  fairy  story.  I  am  pretty  sure  after  you  share  they  will pay  you  with  their  own  opinions  or  Ideas  how  to  face  your  life at  the  moment… it  may  not  change  immediately ,  however  it  helps  you  lighten  up  your  feelings  and  that’s  the  most  important  thing  to  have  at  the  moment  of  your  hard  times.

  • Pray ~ If you Believe  in  Spirit in  Heaven,  Do Praying  …. It  help  to  lighten  your  burdens  and  sorrows  in  your  difficulties.  If you truly  believe in  Him, then  be  Patience  because  He will  help  you  at  the  Right  Time  when  you  are  ready  to  receive  the  Holy  Spirit,  He  will  give  for  what  you  are  praying  for.  If  you  have  Trust, Believe  in  Him, and  Faith  in  Him then  He  will  Listen  to  you…

Simple yet hard to do most of the time when you are so down, However, Tell yourself there is a better way for a beautiful tomorrow. but, do it with actions not only for reading and challenge yourself because you are a worthy person. Embrace the pain, let the tears fall down but do not let your pain kill your great future.
